Meet the Founder: Niketa Jhaveri
Niketa Jhaveri is a UX Leader, speaker, and visionary who has spent over two decades shaping how humans interact with technology. Her work sits at the intersection of AI, UX, and Design, where creativity meets intelligence and ideas turn into impact. Born and raised in Mumbai and now based in Chicago, Niketa’s journey embodies what Nivan stands for — grit, reinvention, and evolution across time. From learning design as a teenager to leading research at Amazon and building global communities of innovation, she’s living proof that transformation is timeless. Nivan is her next chapter, a global movement inspired by her belief that: “The future doesn’t just happen. We design it, one idea, one connection, one moment at a time.”
